“When you perform, you need to get out of body, if that makes sense,” says Puff, who’ll perform either during the opening or the closing of the showcase.
“You need to be loose, and leave it right there. But it’s really different for everyone. Jigga’s (Jay-Z) not moving much but he’s captivating you with lyrics.
“I’m captivating you with lyrics and facial expressions, and getting the holy ghost on stage. You have to find our strategic way of being entertaining.”
The self-named King of the St. Louis Underground. He is known around the Midwest for his energetic stage shows. He’s established himself as a St. Louis hip-hop mainstay and has performed with artists such as, Juvenile, Lil Wayne, Twista and the one and only Prince

Ganga Records started in 1999 by Levi “City Boy” Jackson and Brother Carl “Big C” Jackson. Ganga was one of the first Rap/G-hop record labels in the City of St.Louis, making serious noise.
In 2005 Michael “Future Mic” Curry and City Boy joined forces with the mission to shape the future of this city and the world of music. They’re known for rocking their “G”s” which is important stake to their meaning. The “G” stands for God,Genius and Gentlement and with them constantly around their necks, the duo is reminded of the challenges that may face as they embark on their musical journey.
Ganga also was the first home for local rap group SLU Crew’s Big Will (106th and Park Freestyle Friday Hall of famer).
You can catch Ganga on Volume 2, Volume 3 and intro of Volume 4 Block DVD website.
